1.Remember you are in-charge of your life

It is you who have made your life, happy or miserable. It’s all you. If it is so miserable then you must have made bad decisions in the past. If you can throw your life in to misery, only you can drag it out.Be the captain and turn your ship around.

First of all you have to accept that it is your fault that your life stinks.

Second, you are supposed to stop, just stop complaining about it to others. People don’t really like to listen to a crying baby. Be tough.

Thirdly take immediate action about what bothers you a lot.

Finaly have a fresh start towards your goal of a happy life

2. Be Grateful

Take a moment and think that it is really true that there is nothing in your life to cherish about.I mean, come on,you are at least alive. There are many who have died unnoticed. At Least you have a life to make yourself successful and noticeable.

Everybody is blessed with one single thing which can be the driving force for that person.It can be your litle daughter,your mother,your best buddy, your partner.Just be grateful that how wonderful it is to have them in your life.

Always remember that they are lesser privileged people out there who live in more misery.Stand up and do something for them if you think that you are just killing time. They will surely be grateful to you.

So the crux is ‘just feel gratitude’,accept the fact that Providence has blessed you.Just be grateful and you wil be given more chances to feel the same.

3.Apply the 3% rule in your life

Successful people tend to invest in themselves.They invest 3% of their income into making a better version of themselves. Buy stuff which will keep you motivated. Get good books, audios, videos, go to seminars, take guided meditation sessions or watch motivational movies etc.

This spending of 3% will be such that it can enlarge your success by 300% .It has always been important to be a good person and not just a good earner.This 3% spending will assure you a better life economically ,physically and mentally.

4.Strive for perfection

Yes! This is also a key to come out of frustration.Be perfect in what ever you do Even for litle-litle things.For example,brush your teeth perfectly.No place should have left untouched.If you cook for your family, cook as if you are a head chef at the hotel.This habit wil make you feel good about yourself.You wil start believing that you are so much a person of perfection.You wil cherish your litle success. Once you have started believing and cherishing,nothing can shake you from  within.
